This is encompassed in our Supplier Evaluation program for which the suppliers are rated for their performance level in 4 critical areas - Purchasing, Quality, Logistics & Technology.

We offer solution for continuous assessment of suppliers.

    We apply this program for suppliers   which covers 95% of our purchase,  thereby covering a substantial portion   of our supply base. The evaluation is   done at a pre-determined period and   the result of the rating has a definite   impact on the continuing business   relationship with the suppliers.

    These which attain top scores are given commendation awards. These which falls below a pre-determined score are subject to appropriate warnings & corrective actions for improvements.
